At Kleinfeld Again, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential for your special day, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible designer bridal wear and accessories. Items must be returned in their original condition with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Kleinfeld Again account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the garment in its original garment bag and shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our bridal specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
